So I did a review year ago I have now deleted it. If your going in just for check ups they are good. Anything past nope. 6 months ago our puppy and I do mean puppy 5 months broke his leg. We called them because we weren't sure. Their response we don't have a x-ray machine so can't see him take to er. Ok fine but really.... He did break his leg they were well aware of it not one text call to check up on him. Fine that type of care is really not around anymore. Then couple of months ago they called you getting him fixed or what and truly that is what was said. yes but you charge a atm and a leg to be done there. Then about 3 weeks ago took him in for hot spots again normal visit so it was great. Fast forward to today. Our little guy was getting sick 8 times throughout the night then again 6 times today. Called to get him in. Well can't see him til Monday. No instructions on hey limit water intake or watch for this or that. Nothing. They don't care about a animal. They claim they can get you in if something is wrong I have yet to see that. I stayed with them through the first go around because maybe the staff is having a bad day or ok they don't deal with this type of emergency. But to not care enough to get him in today or even tell us what to watch for nothing just earliest we can see him is Monday is not acceptable by any means! As I'm writing this we are sitting at the emergency vet getting blood work etc done. A bill that I would have rather paid at his vet then here. Will I go back nope will be finding a new place and will make sure everyone is aware how they treat their clients outside of normal visits. They have lost my faith in them.

In my experience, it has always been easy to get an appointment, the quality of care received has been good, the prices have been reasonable, and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. I have no complaints.

The doctors and staff are amazing! My regular vet had closed their doors and thought i had made an appointment with Linden Heights Animal Hospital. I had been to two other emergency vet offices and needed someone to see and care for Rusty on a regular basis. The staff immediately asked Dr. Tohill if he could help. He examined Rusty and was able to do surgery 2 days later. The surgery went well but unfortunately the prognosis wasn't good. Everyone at Linden Heights was so helpful and caring and respectful during Rusty's final appointment. I would definitely recommend Linden Heights. I have one more senior dog at home and Linden Heights is now her regular vet.

Honestly, I was a bit concerned when the previous owners sold their vet practice...I thought it might feel a bit "corporate". And yes I've seen a variety of faces, but they're kind, knowledgeable and caring. Our German Shepherd has recently had a chronic hot spot that finally required surgery and the vets all have a mix of "new-ish" and "old school" experience. They work very well together and the support staff is top-notch. Your furbabies are in good hands here!

Personable, calm, and patient staff who are great at working together, particularly when it comes to holding a VERY angry cat while she has blood drawn. It was a team effort but we got it done!
